Services

One bundle covers most homes. A few situations need a tweak.

Most Tampa Bay homeowners need the same thing: a whole-home softener, carbon filtration, and an RO system at the sink. We bundle it cleanly. Some homes need more. We handle those too.

Before anything gets quoted

What actually happens at the assessment.

A five- to ten-minute phone call, and it costs nothing. Most of it is questions, not selling.

01

We start with what's in your water

On city water that means the report your utility already publishes for Tampa Bay. On a well it means what you are seeing at the fixtures, because nobody publishes anything about a private supply.

02

We assess what is right for your home

How many people live there, how much water runs through on a normal day, and where the main line comes in. A system sized for a four-bedroom home is the wrong system for a condo, and the other way around.

03

Then you get the price

Which system fits, what it costs installed, and what the warranty covers. One number for the whole job, not a range. Nothing gets ordered until you say so.

Two ways in

Start wherever you already are.

Some people come in with a problem they noticed at the tap. Some come in already researching a system. Both roads end at the same assessment.

Where we work

Serving Tampa Bay.

Water changes between one town and the next, sometimes between one street and the next, because it depends on where the line draws from. That is why the assessment starts local instead of starting from a catalog.

Questions

The ones we get asked most.

Do I need to know which system I want before I book?

No. Most people start from something they noticed at the tap, not from a product. Working out which system fits is the part that happens after we look at your water.

What does the assessment cost?

Nothing. It is free whether or not you buy anything.

How much is a system?

The whole-home bundle starts at $2,999 installed. Well systems are sized and priced separately, because no two wells are the same.

I am on a well. Is this different?

Yes. There is no utility report for a private supply, so we work from what you are seeing and size the system on that. Well water treatment has its own page.

Start with an honest look at your water.

Free assessment. Personalized to your address. An honest recommendation with pricing, no strings attached.
